Return Policy
We understand that purchasing diamond jewelry is a big investment. We want you to feel relaxed and confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase or you can receive a full refund. For that reason, every purchase made at Desert Brilliance can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition as determined by our certified jewelers. Please note that jewelry that has been worn or that demonstrates any wear, that has been altered in any manner, including, without limitation, any resizing, or that is damaged in any way cannot be returned. We also reserve the right to refuse to accept a return of any custom jewelry in our sole and absolute discretion. If we are unable to accept a return for any of the above reasons, the jewelry will be returned to you.
Return Procedure
If you would like to return an item and receive a refund, please use the following procedure:
1) Please contact us at questions@desertbrilliance.com and we will provide you a return authorization number. Any returns received without a return authorization number will not be accepted; and the time required to return the package to you and for you to resend it to us with a return authorization number may result in the 30-day return period lapsing.
2) You must include all original packaging, including the original invoice and diamond certificates. You will be responsible for the cost of replacing the certificates if they are not returned with the jewelry, which can cost up to $300 each.
3) Send the package by United States Postal Service registered mail, return receipt requested. You must insure the package through the Postal Service for the invoice amount of the jewelry. You cannot return jewelry via FedEx® or UPS® because they do not offer insurance sufficient to cover the cost of jewelry.
4) Address your package to DB and send it to the address we provide you with your return authorization number. For security reasons, the package should not reference Desert Brilliance anywhere on the outside.
5) Upon receipt of your jewelry and confirmation by our jewelers that the jewelry is in new condition, a full refund will be issued in the same manner in which you made the original purchase.
You must follow the above procedure carefully. Any failure to do so may prevent or delay the processing of your return.
